Having been in numerous Chinese restaurants I can safely say that Kent's kitchen is one of a kind (In a good way!).
You are first greeted by someone at the door who will open it for you ( He is homeless and seeks money). When you enter you see tons of different dishes such as Duck, fried rice, broccoli and beef, Chinese vegetables, Fried shrimp, roasted pig, noodles,  etc. There's so much variety in this restaurant that you might get  overwhelmed by the smell and dishes all around you.

Some dishes I will recommend are: Roasted pig, duck, fried rice, broccoli and beef, Mixed vegetables, Chinese noodles.
When you take out the price of a small cup is $3.99 and large cup is $4.99. Most of their writing that describes the food are not in English so it's best to ask the price of something in the menu if you are not getting a dish in the cup.

This is a must restaurant if you like Chinese food but want the comfort to eat it at home.

A great place to get food if you've got out-of-town pests, uh, I mean guests.

If you have to feed someone that you don't like, then I would heartily recommend Kent's Kitchen. Too much oil and grease? Check.  Too much salt? Check.  Too much cholesterol? Check.  Fish bone choking hazard?  Check.  Possible food contamination?  I can not confirm nor deny.

Take a number, and wait for them to serve you.  Be prepared for a long wait during peak, dinner periods.  And, make sure you shout your order because it is noisy here.  And bring cash.  If you use Apple Pay or credit card, you're SOL.

They have a lot of food choices, so pick your poison wisely.  Broccoli-Beef, Deep-fried Squid, Sweet and Sour Pork, etc....   All the foods are colorful and glisten under the heat lamps due to the thick coating of oil.  The bins overflow with food, and as a result, the server will sometimes accidentally include an item from the neighbouring tray when they scoop up your order.  Just consider it a bonus.

In the olden days, I would witness the butcher use his hands to cut up my BBQ pork and then, using the same unwashed hands, take my money and hand me the change.  I imagine he handled hundreds of dollars and hundreds of orders of BBQ duck, pork and chicken each shift.  Nowadays, there is a black partition where the butcher works behind, and I can't see what he does anymore.  But, it doesn't appear as if he handles cash anymore, so it should be okay.  But, be vigilant.

Pesky in-laws? Boring staff meetings?  School pot-lucks?  Bring Kent's Kitchen, and I will guarantee that you'll never get invited again.

The food here is a bit greasy, but the price and portion is quite satisfying. You can get a rice with 2 sides to share with someone.

I've been here for more than once already. I generally like their egg plant, BBQ duck, spicy chicken and fried rice. I was disappointed that they didn't have the eggplant dish so I ordered fried rice, sweet and sour pork and broccoli beef. Fried rice was actually okay. I wish the rice was more flaky because it didn't have much of the fried rice flavour. I think it could have tasted better if I panfried the leftover fried rice. Sweet and sour pork was fresh just a bit dry though.

Food was okay this time. I personally found the fried rice wasn't good as last time. The 2 sides with rice combo is an unbeatable deal. Hopefully their food tastes better next time.

No Star!! My husband bought a bowl of Beef and Broccoli for to go. When I opened it at home,, there's no slice of beef in there!! ALL BROCCOLI!!! So just an advice to those people who wants to buy here for takeout, make sure u watch for them when portioning your food! I even took a video of it. I just can't post it here cuz only photos they allow.

Food is really bad, every dish is oily to the core.

Thankfully there is a "healthier" McDonald restaurant next door

It is 2019 people, junk food is not here to stay
